What is Masters Lacrosse?

So you're slowing down and you're done playing with the big boys or maybe you just want to try out the game for the first time because your son makes it look so easy. If you're 35 or over then Masters lacrosse is for you.


What is 'Masters'?

Masters lacrosse in B.C. is box and field lacrosse with limited contact and limited gear played indoors in arenas throughout the fall and winter and outdoors from spring through fall.


What is the VML?

The Vancouver Master's Lacrosse League is a  league that features Masters lacrosse players 35 or older from all over the lower mainland. Regardless of experience or level of play anyone can play.


When and Where does the VML Play?

The Vancouver Master's Lacrosse League plays most Sunday nights from October through to the end of February at LEC Fieldhouse. Start time is: 6:00 and will run 3 consecutive games.

 All players are thrown into a draft where the Team Captains will pick their teams just before the season starts. This allows for an even balance on each team.
