Box Lacrosse Clinic Info:
- 2021 Box Lacrosse Officials Clinic Schedule
Great news, the British Columbia Lacrosse Officials Technical Support Group (BCLOTSG) will be offering some box lacrosse clinics in the next few weeks (starting June 5 & 6). As of May 25th, sport restrictions have allowed for outdoor game play.
The BCLOTSG will be running these sessions for returning Level 1 and Level 2 Referees, who signed up and attended a clinic in 2020 or refereed in 2019. These returning Referees will not be charged a clinic fee. The entry level clinics will not be offered this year.
With the possibility of some games this season, we need Associations to be mindful on your referee selections as the number of clinics are limited. Please consider the levels of referees needed for your Association. Online class sizes are limited to 35 participants.
These clinics will be conducted online through the Zoom program, so attendees must have access to a microphone and online camera.
The BCLA will only take registrations directly from the Associations and not individual referees. This means, that all referees must contact their local Association in order be registered. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Any registrant who signs up and does not attend the clinic, may be subject to a registration fee.
- **Please E-Mail your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org
- * Please Note: Minimum 13 years of age to referee (must be 13 years old in the calendar year)
In Person class sizes limited to 25 students, and staggered start times for the bigger clinics (online clinics may be smaller classes).
- Box Lacrosse Official Jerseys are available at the BCLA Office. You can also order your jersey to be picked up during a Referee Clinic.
**Jersey's will only be available at clinics if specified on the registration form.
Entry level Referee's must order a jersey at the time of registration.
